Due to hygiene reasons we do not provide refunds or exchange.
All items are carefully checked and packed before despatch to ensure items reach you in the very best condition. In the unlikely event where an item is damaged we will provide you with a refund or exchange, in such cases you must notify us via email email@example.com and we will get back to you.
You must return the item to us in its original packaging within 7 working days for UK orders and 14 days for international orders from date of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay return costs and to ensure the item reaches us in that time scale, we therefore recommend you use recorded delivery service to return your item.

Once we have received the return we will inspect the item, if upon inspection we suspect the item has been used/worn for example there are stains, odours etc. a refund/exchange will not be issued.
